These Terms of Use govern your use of the Division One Club website. By using this site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

About the club

Division One Club (“D1C”) is a private, invitation-only social club in the greater Sacramento area. Membership is by referral and subject to approval by our governing board. Nothing on this site is a guarantee or offer of membership.

Using this site

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t copy, scrape, disrupt, or misuse it, or attempt to access areas you aren’t authorized to reach.

Our content

The Division One Club name, crest, site design, and content are ours and are protected by law. Please don’t use them without our written permission.

Membership & dues

Membership requires a referral, board approval, and payment of the one-time initiation fee and recurring monthly dues described at sign-up. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future dues but does not refund amounts already paid. All dues are non-refundable — see our Refund Policy.

Standards & conduct

Members agree to uphold the standards and conduct of the club. The governing board may decline, suspend, or end a membership at its discretion.

Disclaimer & liability

This site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Division One Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Sacramento County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
