Refund Policy

Division One Club membership dues are non-refundable.

Dues are non-refundable

All membership fees — including the one-time initiation fee and recurring monthly dues — are non-refundable, in whole or in part.

Cancelling

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops any future monthly dues from that point forward. It does not refund the initiation fee or any dues already paid, and dues are not prorated for a partial month.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error, email us within 30 days of the charge and we’ll review it.
