Division One Club (“D1C,” “we,” “us”) is a private, invitation-only social club serving the greater Sacramento area. We collect as little information as possible, and we do not market to you — we run no advertising or promotional programs of any kind.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you contact us or are referred for membership, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to include in your message.
• Basic technical data. Our website host may automatically record standard log information — such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited — to keep the site secure and running. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and referrals.
• To review candidates and administer membership.
• To operate, maintain, and secure the site.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not use your information for advertising.
• We share information only with the service providers that help us run the club (for example, website hosting and payment processing), or when required by law.

Retention & security

We keep your information only as long as needed to run the club or to meet our legal obligations, and then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Just email us and we’ll take care of it.
